By placing the order the customer accepts without reserve the following conditions:

• 1. Goods are delivered ex our warehouse in Cerasolo Ausa (RN) – Italy


• 2. Upon customer’s request for a delivery: EX ITALIAN WAREHOUSE – F.O.B. – C&F – C.I.F. – or other ones to a place of his choice, the cost
  of either one of these deliveries will be invoiced to him.


• 3. Goods travel at consignee’s risk even if under terms of sale: free place of destination.


• 4. Complaits for defects or statements of shortage of goods will be taken into consideration wihin 8 days from receipt of the goods, without prejudice to the disposition on point 3.


• 5. PAYMENTS MUST BE ABSOLUTELY CARRIED OUT WITHIN THE AGREED UPON TERMS.


• 6. The cost for special packing will be invoiced at cost price.


• 7. Foreign bank charges will be charged to the customer’s account.


• 8. Any dispute between the parties will be submitted to ARBITRATION IN RIMINI (ITALY) before the competent COURT under its rules.
